ST. LOUIS, Mo. - Trinity Episcopal Church in St. Louis' Central West End today held an outdoor dedication of a permanent plaque commemorating the church's placement on the National Register of Historic Places for its significant place in LGBTQIA+ history - the first and only such site in Missouri and the first Episcopal parish in the country so honored.

Trinity Episcopal Church in St. Louis’ Central West End invites the community to a dedication ceremony to mark the church’s significant place in LGBTQIA+ history. In an outdoor ceremony on Saturday, June 26 at 11 AM, on Pride Weekend, church leaders will dedicate two plaques showing the site has been placed on the National Register of Historic Places as a notable LGBTQIA+ site – the first and only one in Missouri and the first Episcopal parish (now numbering two) in the country so honored.

ST. LOUIS, Mo. – After great success with the first Charity Trivia Night – With a Twist – which raised over $4,000 for St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, Ballpark Village will host the second trivia night to help raise funds for CARE STL. The second Charity Trivia Night – With a Twist! will take place May 26 at 7 p.m. at Bally Sports Live! in Ballpark Village. The events are hosted by St. Louis drag comedy queen Desire Declyne. CARE STL serves as the official no-kill animal shelter partner for the city of St. Louis Animal Care and Control.
