Tech giant Google pulled a controversial app from its store, late Thursday, that championed the widely-condemned practice of “ex-gay therapy.”


The president of Grindr, Scott Chen, has come under fire because of a personal Facebook post he made late last week. In the post, it is insinuated that his belief is that marriage is between a man and a woman.


In a significant move, Twitter has changed its rules to prohibit misgendering and deadnaming — i.e., deliberately referring to a trans* person with the wrong pronouns or using their pre-transition name, PinkNews reports.
