Formerly serving on the Board of Directors of Pride St. Louis and as President of The LGBT Center of St. Louis, Colin Lovett passionately works to advance the equality movement primarily surrounding sexual orientation and gender identity. He is a Regional Arts Council CAT Fellow of 2011, an Eagle Scout and plays bass in community symphonies throughout the region. At #Boom, Colin serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Publisher, focusing on all areas of business and creating a successful, informative product.

With over 25-years experience in LGBT media, Colin Murphy has worked for numerous community publications as both writer and editor. Ever active in his community, he has previously served on several non-profit Boards, including as Secretary of The LGBT Center of St. Louis, Vice President and President of Metro East Pride of Southwestern Illinois – and a contributor to the St. Louis LGBT History Project. At #Boom, Colin serves as Chief Operating Officer and Editor-in-Chief, focusing on oversight and management of all editorial and staff.

In memory: Active in the St. Louis LGBT community since 1996, Kurt Ross has worked closely with Metro East Pride of Southwestern Illinois and The LGBT Center of St. Louis. In 2003, he made the jump from Food Service Management to the world of Tech and has worked in I.T. lending his talents to major corporations across the region. At #Boom, Kurt serves at Chief Digital Officer and is the man behind the website overseeing its maintenance and design. The #Boom family lost Kurt unexpectedly on March 25, 2020. He remains ever in our hearts.
